The menu for the cooking class this Friday


This is the menu for the cooking class this Friday at Kitchen to Table in Yamba.

The lasagne isn't really a lasagne - as it doesn't have any pasta in it! And the cheesecake isn't a cheesecake as it doesn't include cheese. It is based on cashews instead...

The menu for this class is vegetarian, gluten free and sugar free. But delicious! 

As well as cooking, we will discuss Ayurvedic cooking, traditional methods of food preparation, the benefits of fermented food, how to prepare legumes and nuts and how to make ghee at home.
