Yoga class in October and November
I am going to be in Yamba for some time during October and November, and will hold classes on Mondays and Thursdays at 5.30pm at the Surf club.
Starting Thursday 10th of October until Thursday 15th of November.
The classes are open hatha and suitable for all levels. I will have mats so just bring yourself.
Looking forward to seeing all the yogis in Yamba soon!

Yoga Jam! 15th, 16th & 17th December
I'm very excited! Alicia from Lighten Up Yoga and I will be holding a three day yoga intensive combining Ryoho and Hatha yoga - hence the name yoga jam...
If you've ever been to a Japanese based yoga class (Ki, Ryoho), you will have noticed that the postures are quite different to the classical hatha based yoga styles. However, they both have the same destination of a strong, balanced, supple body and a calm, centred mind.
We are limiting numbers to eight people so we can offer more personalised classes, so let me know if you're interested in taking part.
